How to Adjust the Length of the Resistance Bands Correctly?

STEP 1: Please wrap the resistance tubes around the foam part of the stick, as shown in the left picture, instead of just straightly on the steel stick like the right picture. If not done properly, the resistance tubes may slide straight and not be tightly wound on the bar, causing difficulty in adjusting their length.

STEP 2: Roll the tubes around the bar to adjust the tension to your desired level. Do not wrap the resistance tubes directly around both ends of the iron pipe.
